I Bought the Bus (and Let Go of 80% of My Stuff)
Yep. I did it.
I bought the bus. And I’m living my dream.

Not too long ago, I was buried in to-do lists, obligations, and way too much stuff—physically and mentally. But just a few weeks ago, I made a bold move:
I let go of 80% of what I owned, kept only what really mattered, and hit the road with my 16-year-old son.
Since then, we’ve driven over 4,000 miles, visited friends and family, and shared our mission of True Health and Legacy with incredible people across the country.
Let me tell you: living with less has given me so much more.
More clarity.
More energy.
More connection.
More space to live, lead, and love on purpose.
And maybe most important—it’s reminded me (again) that yes, you can live your dreams, make a positive impact, and feel your absolute best.
Not someday. Now.
Not when life’s “less busy.” Not when you “have more time.”
Right here, right now.
What I Used to Believe...
I used to measure my worth by how much I could get done in a day.
Productivity was my drug of choice.
But a few years ago, I had a realization:
My obsession with doing was burning me out—and it was burning out the high-achieving leaders I coach, too.
So I started something radical:
A Not-To-Do List.
Instead of piling more onto my plate, I got intentional about what I was no longer available for. And I started teaching this to my clients, especially those who lead teams, run companies, and are out there making waves.
Because even the most powerful leaders I work with struggle with the same thing:
Some days, the to-do list still wins.
You skip the meditation or the workout.
You grab whatever for dinner.
You miss the mark on your own goals because you’re showing up for everyone else.
Here’s the Shift That Changes Everything
I want to give you the same shift I gave a client just last week.
She said to me,
“The second my day goes off track, everything else snowballs…”
I get it. That was me too.
So I told her:
Just do ONE hard thing.
Not the whole list. Not the giant routine.
Just ONE thing that moves you forward.
That’s it.
Maybe it’s:
Taking 15 minutes for mindful movement and breathe deeply (even in your living room)
Making one real, nourishing meal and eat it in peace without scrolling
Stopping to drink water and get present for the moment
Saying no to something that drains your energy
Logging off 30 minutes earlier and getting some real rest
Whatever it is, choose it. Do it.
And know that it’s enough.
Because when you stack those “one hard things” day after day—
Momentum builds.
And that’s when the magic happens.
You Don’t Have to Sacrifice Your Dreams, Health, or Impact
Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t have to choose between success and well-being.
You don’t have to give up your impact to have your health.
You don’t have to put off your dreams until “the timing is better.”
I’m living proof. And so are the clients I work with every day.

It’s a decision.
